If your products arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer service team at support@mysmilesteeth.com, providing your order number (MS#XXXX) and accompanying photos. We will promptly send you a replacement.

1. Simply twist the Whitening Pen and apply Whitening Gel onto your teeth, avoiding the gum area.

2. Put a Whitening LED Light into your mouth, and hold ON/OFF to turn it on

3. Relax for 10 minutes (max 30 minutes for best result if you have the time).

7 days per course, take a 4-6 weeks break between courses, use as needed after.

We advise using the whitening kit consistently for a 7-day comprehensive treatment, and it's recommended to wait 4 to 6 weeks between each treatment for optimal results.

We suggest applying 0.5ml of teeth whitening gel to each side of the mouth guard, for a total of 1ml of teeth whitening gel per treatment.

The easiest thing to do if you find yourself with too much saliva is simply remove the LED Light mouthpiece and spit. Re-apply the Whitening Gel if needed. Relaxing during the process may help reduce excessive saliva, as well as keep the tongue relaxed and back in the mouth.
